“What makes IU Group so attractive for me is the societal contribution of education through the people and the technology at IU. I find the mission of democratising education highly energising and purpose-driven. I want to do my best to positively contribute to IU Group’s mission to empower people with the most personalised education, within an organisation renowned for its status as a top employer, whose people and culture, with passion, conviction and drive, enable a better future for our students,” says Reza, who also embraces the need and use of AI in education and HR. “In education, future-critical, employable education and learning will be strengthened by AI, and moreover, in some areas create new opportunities.
